Terms and Conditions

B2B Platform
By using (‘the B2B’), and submitting a purchase order to us, you are indicating your acceptance of the following terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”). We reserve the right to make changes to the Order Site and these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability as to the Order Site
While we aim to provide the most accurate, up-to-date information available, the directories and information on the B2B may be out of date or include omissions, inaccuracies or other errors. We make no representations or warranties, either express or implied, of any kind with respect to the Order Site, its operations, contents, information or materials.

Capacity to Contract
You represent to us that you are duly authorized by your employer to use the Order Site.

Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and invoiced. If the invoice has already been paid and your order is canceled, we shall immediately issue a credit note and refund the amount in full.

Order Acceptance
Your receipt of an electronic order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, not does it constitute confirmation of the order or our offer to sell. Your order will be checked and have to be validated by ROBINSON team before validation. We reserve the right, without prior notification, to accept or decline your order or limit the order quantity for any reason.

Product Availability
Although availability may be indicated on the Site, we cannot guarantee product availability and products, nonetheless, may not be available for immediate delivery. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order.

Order Quantities
All products are subject to Minimum Order Quantities (‘MOQ’). Deviating ordered quantities will be round up to meet the MOQ.

Minimum Order
The minimum order is fixed at 300€.

Payment, Shipping Charges and Taxes
Terms of payment are indicated on your invoice . 

Prices do not include charges for shipping and taxes. Separate charges for shipping and tax will be shown on the invoice. 

A 5% late fee will be assessed if the invoice is not paid on time plus a lump sum recovery cost of 40 euros in accordance with the Article L 441-6 of the French Commercial Code.

Shipping
All the orders are shipped from our warehousee based in France.

The shipping price are : 
FRANCE : 17€
EUROPE : 24€

Except for TOYO STEEL, the price is calculated in according the volume of the order.

Retention of Title
All goods delivered by ROBINSON remain the property of ROBINSON until the moment the buyer has fully complied with all his payment obligations towards ROBINSON pursuant to any agreement concluded with ROBINSON for the delivery of goods or the performance of work or services, including claims for failure to comply with such an agreement.
